CARE & SUPPORT
Care that makes room for a life.
Licensed Service Level 4 support, awake staff around the clock, and an approach built around each person’s Individual Program Plan.
OUR APPROACH
Attentive support. Familiar rhythms. Real belonging.
Moore House of Hope is licensed by the California Department of Social Services as an Adult Residential Facility at Service Level 4. That means a moderate to high level of support with awake staff present twenty-four hours a day.
“Small by design, because being known matters.”

PERSONAL SUPPORT
Daily life, supported with respect.
Assistance with daily living at whatever level each person needs. Medication support following physician orders. Meals prepared in the home. Help building routines that hold.
COMMUNITY LIFE
A full life extends beyond the front door.
Day programs, outings, jobs, friendships, and time spent outside the house. Community participation is not an extra here. It is part of what we are required to support, and part of what makes a life.

DIGNITY & RIGHTS
Choice is part of care.
Every resident’s personal rights are posted in the home, reviewed at admission, and reviewed again every year. Residents make their own choices about their day, their money, their visitors, and their privacy.
WHO WE SERVE
Five people. One thoughtfully supported home.
Moore House of Hope is licensed to serve five ambulatory adults between the ages of 18 and 59 with developmental disabilities, referred through Alta California Regional Center.
Before anyone moves in, we complete a full review to confirm we can meet their needs and that the placement is a good fit for them and for the people already living here. That determination happens before admission, every time.
