The people who will know your family member.

Sylviana Moore

ADMINISTRATOR & FOUNDER

Sylviana grew up in Sacramento and started her career in public service, working with the County Board of Supervisors and with local community organizations before moving into residential care. Working inside a care facility showed her both how much difference one attentive person can make and how easily people get lost in larger settings. She founded Moore House of Hope to build the opposite: a small home where every resident is known, and where families and Service Coordinators always know exactly who to call. She holds a degree in Business and Leadership Studies from Hampton University.

Kishina Dixon

HOUSE MANAGER

Kishina manages the day to day life of the house. She oversees resident support, medication assistance, documentation, and the routines that make a home run well, and she is the person most residents and families will see and speak with most often. She holds her Adult Residential Facility Administrator certification. Her approach is simple: know each person, keep your word, and stay steady.
